The OAB’s FCC counsel of Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard has produced the Nuts and Bolts of Political Broadcasting, a comprehensive guide to political broadcasting rules and regulations for OAB members. This guide is updated and distributed as a free service to OAB member stations every two years. Brooks Pierce also releases periodic updates on political broadcasting.
