"2010 Election Outlook"

Kevin DeWine – Ohio Republican Party
Greg Haas – Democratic strategist
Dr. John Green – University of Akron

Even though 2010 is not a presidential election year, the ballot for the November 2nd general election will be full here in Ohio! The Governor’s office, all other statewide-elected offices, one U.S. Senate seat, all 18 Congressional seats, all 99 Ohio House seats, one-half of the Ohio Senate seats, three Ohio Supreme Court seats, and an abundance of county and local elected offices will be up for election, not to mention the potential for statewide and local ballot issues.

Who are the front-runners, which party will be able to mobilize its voting base, and how are candidates and their consultants planning to use radio advertising in their campaigns?

Join Kevin DeWine, the chairman of the Ohio Republican Party, and Democratic strategist Greg Haas for this lively discussion, moderated by Dr. John Green, Director of the Ray C. Bliss Institute of Applied Politics at the University of Akron.
