This year's conference will feature a new location, a full day of educational sessions, and an extended Exhibitors’ Showcase during lunch. Last year dozens of exhibitors took part in the showcase and we expect an even greater number this year.

Society of Broadcast Engineers National Meeting

This year’s Engineering Conference will be held in conjunction with the SBE National Meeting. Highlights include the SBE Annual Membership Meeting, the SBE National Awards Reception and Dinner, and the SBE Fellows Breakfast. Registration

Please note that all SBE/SMPTE members will pay the OAB member rate.

Registration Costs

Registration for the conference alone is $35 for members of OAB, SBE, or SMPTE. Continental breakfast and lunch are included with your conference registration, along with parking.
Registration for the SBE Awards Dinner is $15.
Attend both and your member registration fee is $45 – a savings of $5! Everyone who registers for the conference and the SBE Awards Dinner receives admission to the conference, parking, and a ticket to the dinner.

How to Register

If you are from an OAB member station and wish to register for the conference, please go here.
If you are not from an OAB member station, to register for the conference please first fill out the OAB's new visitor registration. Once that is completed, please go here to finish registering for the conference.

Hotel Registration

The conference host hotel is the Crowne Plaza Downtown at 33 East Nationwide Blvd. The rate is $99 plus tax. To make a reservation, please call 614-461-4100 or go online at www.crowneplaza.com/cmhcrowneplaza. Be sure to use the group code OAB. As of September 22, rooms were still available.
