What’s New for the 2010 Conference?
As in past years, the Exhibitors’ Showcase will provide 2½ hours of dedicated time during the lunch break for conference attendees to visit all booths. This year, in response to feedback from our exhibitors, we will be offering a block of time outside of the Exhibitors’ Showcase for exhibitors to schedule appointments with key customers and prospects. This will allow exhibitors to spend more time with these key customers and prospects before the Exhibitors’ Showcase opens to all conference attendees.
Exhibitor Fees
$400 per booth, which includes a 8’x10’ booth space with pipe and draping, standard electrical connection, wireless Internet, skirted table, chairs, attendee roster, and one full conference registration. A special box lunch is also provided for all exhibitors.
New this year! The OAB accepts Amex, in addition to Visa, MasterCard and DiscoverCard, for payment of your booth. To register and select your booth, go here.
Additional Information
Your choice of hotels -- a block of hotel rooms are being held at the Columbus Airport Marriott, 1375 North Cassady Avenue, Columbus and the Hampton Inn & Suites, 4150 Stelzer Road, Columbus. Both hotels are offering rates of $139 per night and both hotels offer a free shuttle to the airport, Aladdin Shrine Temple, and Easton Shopping Center.
